[:iponlog] is a analog reference loudspeaker for demanding listeners. The ideal listening distance is between 2.0 and 2.8 meters. Thus [:iponlog] is ideal for home cinema applications and we recommend to supplement it with our center and effect speakers. This speaker is optimized for true holographic transients, very low harmonic distortion of less than 1% up to 90dB.

A special characteristic of the surrounTec™ [:iponlog] is the mechanical time-alignment of the drivers. This means that all drivers radiate all frequencies from the same place at the same time. The step response of [:iponlog] is close to being perfect: tweeter and midrange driver start at the same time on the same axes with the same rising edge. The horizontal sound radiation is construction-condition rather wide and yields a large sweet spot. Even when you leave the sweet pot area there will be no sound coloration at all. Despite it´s 3way design, [:iponlog] radiates sound like a broadband driver. The frequency response is linear without break-outs. To archive low-bass the Accuton drivers had to be modified heavily: larger magnet, special ventilation and increased mass of the magnet used ... the result is a very crisp, dry bass which provides good volume even at low frequencies.

All build-in components are milled from the full block and receive extensive surface treatments. The passive filters are build by hand using only the finest Mundorf Supreme Silver/Gold/Oil components.

[:iponlog]Keramik can be driven with one amplifier per channel. For maximum dynamics and super low bass punch we recommend the equip the subwoofers with one analog 500Watt class D monoblock amplifier per side. These amplifiers have a fine power filter and a ring-core transformator for large power reserves and stable power supply. The level adjustment to the mid- and high tone section is done via a fully symmetrical analog level adjuster with 12 individually cascaded single resistors (!) which dampen the level by 1/2 dB each. The cooling fins are milled from the full aluminum block to guarantee maximum heat discharge. The input section is symmetrical XLR or chinch.

Furthermore we offer class D monoblock amplifiers for the high- and mid tone sections as well. These 250Watt strong amplifiers are also equipped with a ring-core transformator and HxR filtering. The amplifiers deliver high resolution dynamics, an absolute linear amplification and large power reserves.
